Transforming Agriculture Through Technology
The Challenge
India currently has approximately 160 million hectares of agricultural land. However, by 2050, the country’s population is projected to reach 1.7 billion, while 20% of arable land is expected to become infertile and saline due to excessive use of water, chemical fertilizers, and pesticides.
Research has shown that the overuse of chemical fertilizers and pesticides is a major factor in the rise of diseases like cancer and diabetes. Additionally, Indian farmers face several critical challenges, including:
- Natural calamities affecting crop yields
- Uncertain market prices leading to financial instability
- Shortage of skilled manpower in agriculture
- An unorganized supply chain limiting access to fair pricing and markets
With the increasing demand-supply gap and the degradation of soil health, there is an urgent need for sustainable and scientific alternatives to ensure a secure agricultural future.
Our Vision
Krishi Sanskriti aims to revolutionize Indian agriculture by leveraging technology to create a community farming model and an efficient supply chain management system. Our goal is to bring farmers together, ensuring they receive fair value for their produce while delivering graded, quality-assured agricultural products directly to consumers.
What We Do
- Technology-Driven Community Farming: We provide a digital platform where farmers can collaborate, share resources, and adopt sustainable farming practices.
- Quality-Assured Supply Chain Management: We streamline logistics to ensure direct delivery of fresh, high-quality produce to consumers.
- Sustainable & Scientific Alternatives: We promote organic farming, precision agriculture, and soil conservation techniques to enhance productivity while preserving soil health.
- Market Access & Price Stability: We connect farmers to better market opportunities, reducing dependency on middlemen and fluctuating prices.
Let’s cultivate a sustainable future together!
